2. Baking Soda

[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”2643″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]

Twice a week, apply a paste of baking soda with a pinch of salt. Make a paste and scrub your teeth. Make sure you rinse well with warm water. (Do not do more than twice a week. The solution can damage your teeth’s enamel should you perform this excessively.)

3. Orange Peels

[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”2644″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]

Rub orange peels onto your teeth and leave overnight. No rinsing! The vitamin C prevents microorganism growth, while the limonene helps break down plaque.

[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”2645″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]

This miracle plant destroys the bacteria that causes plaque build up. Cut open the plant and take out the pulp. Rub the pulp directly on your teeth and gum line. Leave for 10 minutes and rinse with cold water. Use twice daily.
